We plan the position, timing and light with you well in advance, then bring the staging and the team to set several hundred people quickly and efficiency. The final image is assembled and retouched to our own standard, with nothing left to chance.

If the weather is poor, we will ask for your flexibility with timings to make sure we can take it on that day but if it looks like there will be no break in the weather we will reschedule at no cost to yourselves.

Generally Gillman & Soame are happy to attend without a charge, provided we have the full support from yourselves to help promote the purchase options to parents and are photographing other work in the school.
