We plan every visit around your school rather than the other way around. Ahead of the day we agree a schedule that works with lessons, breaks and staffing, and we share everything your office needs in advance.
On site, our photographers are DBS checked, at ease with students of every age, and used to working quietly alongside the school routine.
Afterwards, families order online, and their chosen photographs arrive beautifully finished in a gift box and ready to display or to be gifted.

Frequently Asked Questions for School Photography
Are your photographers DBS checked?
Yes. Every photographer who works on a school site is DBS checked, briefed on your safeguarding expectations, and experienced with students of every age. We are glad to share our safeguarding policy and certificates before the visit, and to sign in with your office on the day.
How do you look after students' photographs and data?
Carefully. Any information you share with us is held securely, used only for your photography, and covered by our data protection policy, which we will send you on request. Images are stored on protected systems and are never posted on social media or used in our own marketing without written permission from the school. We are glad to work to your consent and opt-out arrangements.
How many photographers do you send, and how long does a session take?
It depends on your numbers and the year groups involved. We plan the team and the running order around your timetable, share it with you in advance, and our photographers stay on site until every group is finished. We confirm the exact plan once we have your final numbers.
Can the school photographs carry our school name and crest?
Yes. Individual portraits can be produced with your school name and crest, and families can be offered the choice of a plain or a crested version when they order. Send us your crest artwork and we will set this up before the day.
